A bodyweight workout utilizes exercises that use your own resistance to build muscle, burn fat, and improve your overall fitness. But that’s not all! Bodyweight exercises have many benefits beyond physical fitness. They can also help you:

Our program is open to everyone, regardless of fitness level or experience — we’ll both guide the beginners and challenge the more experienced. Some days, we will focus on our legs and back, while other days, for example, we will focus on our chest and core (this will be detailed on the calendar).
