As the sun rises over the ocean and the fresh sea air fills your lungs, you’ll work through a series of explosive, high-intensity movements designed to improve power, speed, and agility — all strengthening your heart! Led by a qualified instructor, this program is suitable for all fitness levels, whether you’re an experienced athlete or new to cardio training.
