Although there are twenty-four — 24! — reclamation projects at various stages of approval and/or confirmation, Manila Bay Beach will focus on the five reclamation projects that will have the most significant impact on the Manila Baywalk area — a result of their location. These five projects – all mixed residential, commercial and institutional (school, government, et cetera) – are as follows:

  1. Manila Waterfront
  2. Manila Solar City
  3. Manila Horizon
  4. Pasay Harbor
  5. Pasay/SM 360

Please scroll down for information regarding each project’s current status. Each timeline will begin around mid-2023 (as that was when this page was created).
