This exciting program offers a unique twist on traditional plyometric training by bringing it to the beautiful and inspiring setting of the beach. As the sun rises over the ocean and the fresh sea air fills your lungs, you'll work through a series of explosive, high-intensity movements designed to improve power, speed, and agility. Led by a qualified instructor, this program is suitable for all fitness levels, whether you're an experienced athlete or new to plyometrics. So why wait? Grab a towel, bring a jump rope (any size — if you don't have one, it's okay!), lace up your sneakers and get ready to jump, hop and bound your way to a stronger, faster and more agile you.
Yoga on the Beach
Looking to connect with your mind, body and soul while enjoying the ambiance of the beach? If so, please join us for Yoga on the Beach. Yoga is a practice that combines physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation techniques to promote relaxation, flexibility, strength and mindfulness. Regular practice of yoga has been shown to have numerous benefits for both physical and mental health, including reducing stress and anxiety, improving balance and posture, boosting immune function and increasing overall well-being. Yoga on the Beach welcomes all ability levels — even first-timers and beginners. So, put on some comfortable clothing, grab your mat (strongly encouraged but not mandatory) and come join us for a rejuvenating and inspiring yoga practice on the beach.
Beach Closed
Manila Baywalk Dolomite BeachThe beach is closed every Thursday for maintenance. The beach will open again Friday morning at 6AM.
Bodyweight — Chest, Back & Core
Get fit and strong — both mentally and physically — while enjoying the beauty of the beach with our Bodyweight Workout program! Bodyweight exercises use your own resistance to build muscle, burn fat, and improve your overall fitness. Our program is open to everyone, regardless of fitness level or experience — we'll both guide the beginners and challenge the more experienced. On alternate days, we will focus on our chest, back and core. Soooooo ... grab your workout clothes, bring a friend or two, and join us for Bodyweight Workouts on the beach!
