Manila Bay Beach is excited to announce that we will be offering a 26.5-hour American Aquatics and Safety Training Course for lifeguard certification in the near future. With the water quality improving and becoming cleaner each week, it’s important to have a team of trained professionals to ensure everyone’s safety.
Lifeguards play a vital role in preventing accidents and responding to emergencies in and around the water. They are responsible for monitoring the safety of beachgoers and swimmers, enforcing safety rules and regulations, providing first aid and CPR, and responding to emergencies in a quick and efficient manner.
To become a certified lifeguard, candidates must meet certain qualifications such as being at least 15 years old, passing a swimming test, and completing the American Aquatics and Safety Training Course. This comprehensive course covers a wide range of topics, including water safety, rescue techniques, first aid, and CPR.
By becoming a lifeguard, you can expect to gain valuable skills and experience, make a positive impact on your community, and have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and exciting environment.
Don’t miss this opportunity to become a certified lifeguard and help ensure the safety of beachgoers and swimmers at Manila Bay Beach. For more information on the upcoming training program, please stay tuned for updates on our website at manilabaybeach.com > MANILA BAYWATCH > Lifeguards.
