Yoga is a practice that combines physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation techniques to promote relaxation, flexibility, strength and mindfulness. Regular practice of yoga has been shown to have numerous benefits for both physical and mental health, including reducing stress and anxiety, improving balance and posture, boosting immune function and increasing overall well-being.

Yoga on the Beach welcomes all ability levels — even first-timers and beginners — and is FREE! So, put on some comfortable clothing, grab your mat (strongly encouraged but not mandatory) and come join us for a rejuvenating and inspiring yoga practice on the beach. 

Our program will take place on both various mornings at sunrise and various evenings at sunset throughout each week, so be sure to check the CALENDAR for exact dates and times.
